Please note that these are average costs and can vary significantly. Some high-end studios with a long history and high-profile clientele may charge considerably more. Conversely, smaller or home studios may charge less.
Always remember to inquire about what is included in the cost, and consider your budget alongside the quality and style you want for your recording. The best option will depend on your specific needs, preferences, and resources.

Why is Skunkworks Studio Different?

The biggest thing about using Skunkworks to record is the cost time benefit. Usually when you are recording in recording studios you don't have the luxury of time, because your are on a clock, and budget is a real thing. It doesn't matter if you are doing rock, country or hip hop.
Some recording studios will charge you per song, but typically this doesn't allow you time to re-record parts or experiment in the studio.
Other recording studios also have a recording engineer that you are paying for, or a recording engineer that isn't exactly what you need.
At skunkworks, you are the engineer, so you can get exactly the sounds you want. We also have Jay who is our in house tech and he can help you as well.
Getting incredible music doesn't have to be expensive, but it does usually take some time. And with Skunkworks low rate you don't have to eat up as much budget and you can get it right.
